Legal Assistant
We welcome the interest of individuals who have received formal training as a legal assistant with a minimum of five years experience or have a minimum of ten years of experience within a law office environment as a legal assistant/paralegal, in the areas of real estate transactions and wills and estates. As this position will also provide administrative assistance in the management of real estate investment properties, interest and significant knowledge and/or experience in landlord and tenant matters is a definite asset.
The successful candidate will:
- be energetic and comfortable working in a fast- paced office environment;
- possess exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal); and
- be service oriented and a genuine “people person”, who enjoys working with a diverse clientele.
